LICENSING MANAGER
Impact Theory is a freakishly ambitious LA-based digital studio, committed to telling stories of empowerment and human potential. We currently produce a wide variety of scripted, unscripted, and digital content for OTT streamers, YouTube, Spotify, WEBTOON, and our own internal online learning platform. All of Impact Theory’s content is focused on entertaining and empowering people the world over. As we embark on our newest venture into the Blockchain gaming and the NFT space, we are going to be investing heavily into creating an unparalleled experience. To that end, we are seeking an experienced licensing manager who is passionate about, and educated in, this emerging space to help us build something truly unique.

LICENSING manager
Ideal candidates are flexible, highly motivated and approachable, with excellent communication skills honed by their experience leading creative projects. They are also emotionally resilient and perfectly capable of speaking the truth at all times – even to those they report to. Role And Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s licensing portfolio
Develop, implement and attract new talent to license their content for our platform
Cultivate and grow our relationships with current and future license holders
Write and oversee contract agreements with license holders
Collaborate closely with Director of the Metaverse and others to help build out our NFT marketplace across different verticals
Preferred Skills
5+ years of experience managing and creating licensing agreements
Ideally 3-5+ years of blockchain and cryptocurrency experience
Ideally already collecting NFT artwork
Excellent knowledge of the Blockchain
Familiar with Japanese culture and artwork - preferably can speak Japanese
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
