Impact Theory is a freakishly ambitious LA-based digital studio, committed to telling stories of empowerment and human potential. We currently produce a wide variety of scripted, unscripted, and digital content for OTT streamers, YouTube, Spotify, WEBTOON, and our own internal online learning platform. All of Impact Theory’s content is focused on entertaining and empowering people the world over. If Disney sought to build the most magical brand on earth, we are endeavoring to create the most empowering brand on earth - without sacrificing the entertainment factor.
Impact Theory’s secret weapon is community building. As we embark on our newest venture into the Blockchain gaming and the NFT space, we are going to be investing heavily into creating an unparalleled experience. To that end, we are seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about, and educated in, this emerging space to help us build something truly unique.

Director of the Metaverse
Ideal candidates are flexible, highly motivated and approachable, with excellent communication skills honed by their experience leading creative projects. They are also emotionally resilient and perfectly capable of speaking the truth at all times – even to those they report to. Role And Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of all of our blockchain and NFT initiatives
Ensure teams are on-time and on-budget
Establish and maintain key relationships with critical partners and vendors
Establish and monitor KPIs for key blockchain and NFT initiatives
Hire and oversee staff as we scale the team
Get your hands dirty completing tasks whenever the moment requires it. We are NOT looking for a hands off manager, we are looking for a skilled leader who is on the front lines side-by-side with the CEO
Preferred Skills
5+ years of experience in the gaming or technology space
3-5 years of experience managing a team
1-3 years of blockchain/crypto experience
1+ years of NFT experience
Knowledge and passion for the blockchain space
Freakishly detail oriented - we are NOT looking for a “big picture” person. We want a skilled operator
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Front line leader/tactician
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Self-motivated in the extreme
